Getting Started
The Tektronix80E01, 80E02, 80E03, 80E04, and 80E06 sampling modules are
high-performancesampling modules that can be installed in the following main
instruments:
HDSA8200 Digital Serial Analyzer
HCSA8000, CSA800B, and CSA8200 Communications Signal Analyzers
HTDS8000, TDS8000B, and TDS8200 Digital Sampling Oscilloscopes
Proper operationof the electrical sampling modules requires that the appropriate
application software is installed on the mai n instrument. In Table 1, each new
releaseof software supports the additional electrical modules as well as all
electricalmodules supported by earlier software versions.
Todisplay the version installed, select About from the Help menu of the main
instrument.
