Introduction
This general description is an overview of the Stratagy® Voice Processing systems and provides
general information describing each system. Unless noted otherwise in this book, ref erenc es to t he
Stratagy apply to all Stratagy product models.

Organization

This book is divided into the following major topics:
•Chapter 1 – Overview describes system capabilities, platform technology and features.
•Chapter 2 – Features gives a brief description of all Stratagy features.
•Chapter 3 – Stratagy ES Feature Groups gives a brief description of the StratagyES feature
groups—Fax Server, Unified Messaging (UM), Text-to-speech (TTS), Automated Speech
Recognition (ASR) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
•Chapter 4 – Specifications provides details of the physical and functional characteristics of
the Stratagy system equipment.
•Index

Important! Calls attention to important instructions or information.
Tilde (~) Means “through.” Example: 350~640 Hz frequency range.
