IMPORTANT:Donot operatethe tiller ifthe
gearoil levelis low. Doing so will result i_
severedamageto the transmission com-
ponents.

C.Removin_nstalling a Tine Assembly:
1. A tine assemblyconsists of eight tines
mountedon atine ilolder.
2. Ifremoving both tine assemblies mark
them "left" and"right" before removal.

tineassembly to thetine shaft. If neces-
sary,use a rubber malletto tapthe tineas-
semblyoutward off the shaft.
3.Before reinstalling the tine assembly, in-
spectthe tineshaft for rust, rough spots or
burrs. Lightlyfile or sand. as needed. Ap-
plya thin coat of grease to the shaft.
