In the Business Hour Mode the Call Forwarding Outside feature will transfer the call directly to wherever you are.
Setting the Business-Hour mode (Default setting)
The recorded message greets callers during business hours and guides them through the system menu. The caller may choose to be routed to any of the 16 available local extensions, or remote extensions. Callers are prompted to make their choices using a touch tone phone. OGM1 is played in this mode.

This is only for urgent calls and the call forward can be done from a virtual extension 216. You need to set this feature at extension 200.
