Deleting all Caller ID name/numbers
To delete all of your Caller ID messages, follow the steps below.
1) Press cid/menu/hold. the Caller ID summary screen shows the number of new callers and total number of calls.
2)Use */tone/ 
or #/ 
to select “Line 1“.
3)Press delete/flash to delete name/numbers on line 1. The following screen appears:
4)Use the 
/int’c to move the cursor to “Yes“.
5)Press delete/flash or select/vol/ring. A confirmation tone sounds. The following screen appears:
6)Repeat steps 3 through 5 for line 2.
All your Caller ID messages are deleted.

Using CIDCW (Caller ID on Call Waiting)
1)During a call, when you hear the Caller ID tone, check the handset display for the name and the number of the incoming call.
2)Press delete/flash to accept the incoming call. See Flash and Call Waiting,
page 22.
