Making/Receiving Calls

MAKING A CALL
Press the talk button.
The “talk” indicator will stop blinking when a dial tone is received.
Dial the number and make the call.
To hang up press the talk button or put handset on base.
RECEIVING A CALL
When the phone rings pick up handset from base.
OR
Press the talk button if the handset is away from the base.
OR
Push speaker on the base to use the speaker phone.
STORING A NUMBER IN MEMORY
Press the mem button on the handset.
Enter the phone number you wish to store.
Press the mem button again.
Enter the memory location number where you wish to store the phone number
DIALLING A STORED NUMBER
Press the talk button.
Press the mem button followed by the memory location number.
Answering Machine
To activate the answering machine press the answer button on the base until the digital display lights up.
The prerecorded outgoing message will play.
PLAYING YOUR MESSAGES
Press the play button on the base.
DELETING YOUR MESSAGES
Press delete during the messages: the system beeps and plays the next message.
