Making and Receiving Calls
The following features of the XSA660 and XSA650 phone are different depending
on the Handset’s Location when you make or receive a call.
Note: Sometimes when you press talkto hang up the phone, you may get an error tone
and the phone will not disconnect. If this happens, place the Handset on the Base
Unit or press talkagain while holding the Handset close to the Base Unit.

When the phone rings, remove the
handset from the base. (Autotalk)
1. Remove the handset from the
base and press talk.
2. The talk LED lights.
3. Listen for the dial tone.
4. Dial the number.
Return handset to the base.
(AutoStandby) or press talk.

3. Press redial to dial the last
number.
