2. This warrantyis etfectiveonly as to new gas applianceswhich have not been altered, changed,repairedor treatedsinceshipmentfromthefactory,unlesssuchmodificationshave beenauthorizedin writingbythe manufacturer.
3. Thiswarrantydoes not applyto partsthat are not in originalconditionbecauseof normal wearand tearor partsthatfail or becomedamagedas a resultof misuse,accidents,lack of
propermaintenanceor defectscausedby improperinstallationTravel,. diagnosticcost,labor, transportationand any and all suchothercostsrelatedto repairinga defectiveheaterwill be
the responsibilityof theowner.
4. To makeclaimunderthis warranty,the originalconsumerpurchasershallnotitythe dealer fromwhomthe appliancewaspurchased,in writing,withinten (10)daysof the discoveryof the allegeddefectand provideproofof purchaself. the dealeris unavailable,thennoticemust be d.eliveredto CenturyHeatingat theaddressbelow.

Themanufacturershall,at itsoption,repairor replacethe defectiveparts,afterinspectionand determinationof the defect.Thepurchasershallbe liablefor all costsand incidentalexpenses in respectof shipping,tabouror transportationfor warrantyservice.The manufacturershall 'notbe liablefor any incidental,consequential,specialor indirectdamagesarisingout of a
detector a breachof thiswarranty.
SomeStatesand Provincesdo not allowthe exclusionor limitationof incidentalor consequential damages,so the abovelimitationor exclusionmaynot applyto you.
