Convection Dehydrate

Thisoven isdesigned notonly to cook,but also to dehydratefruits
andvegetables.
1.Prepare thefood as recommended.
2.Arrange thefood on dryingracks (not includedwiththe
oven;contacta local storehandling specialitycooking
utensils).
3.Set the appropriate"low"temperatureand turn theselector
toTruConvecâ„¢.

Convection Defrost

1.Place the frozenfood on a bakingsheet.
2.Set the temperaturecontrolto OFF.*
3.Turn the selectorto TruConvecâ„¢.

*IMPORTANT

Donot turnon the temperaturecontrol.Turningtheconvectionfan
on willaccelerate the naturaldefrosting ofthe food without the
heat.

toremain in the oven for morethan two hours.

PERMANENTLYDAMAGE YOUR OVEN.

ControlKnobs

MAKE SUREALL THE CONTROL KNOBSPOINT TO THE OFF
POSITIONBEFOREREMOVING.Pull the knobsstraight off.Wash
in detergentand warm water. Dry completely and replaceby
pushingfirmlyonto stem.

Stainless SteelParts

All stainless steelbody parts should bewiped regularly withhot
soapywater at the end of eachcooling periodand with a liquid
cleanerdesignedforthat materialwhensoapy waterwill notdo the
job.Do not use steelwool, abrasivecloths,cleansers,or powders.
If necessary, scrapestainlesssteel to remove encrustedmaterials,
soakthe area with hot towelsto loosen the material,then use a
wooden ornylon spatula or scraper.Do not use a metal knife,
spatula,or any other metaltool to scrape stainless steel.Do not
permitcitrusor tomatojuice to remainon stainlesssteelsurface,as
citricacid will permanentlydiscolor stainless steel. Wipe up any
spillsimmediately.
