Settingthe BakeHours Program

The BakeHours programis used for controlledtiming of bakedor
roastedfoods.At the end of thetimed cycle,the oven automatically
turnsoff.

Settingthe AutomaticStartTime Bake Program

TheBake Hoursprogram is usedfor controlledtimingof baked or
roastedfoods.At the end ofthe timed cycle,the oven automatically
turnsoff.

To SetThe Bake HoursProgram

1.Turn the “manual”knob to“upper timed”or “lower timed”
position,dependinguponthe oven modeand oven beingused.
2.Set the OvenFunction Selectorto the BAKE,CONVECTION
BAKE,or TRUCONVEC™position,dependingupon thetype of
bakingbeingused.
3.Set the temperaturecontrolknob to thedesired temperatureand
allowfor preheating.
4.Press and releasethe bakehours button.The timer willdisplay
:00with the wordsSET and COOKin the upper rightcorner of
thedigitaldisplay.
5.Turn the “Set”knob untilthe desired bakingtime is displayedin
hoursand minutes.The cooktime/remainingtime andthe word
COOKwill be displayed.
Theword COOK willflash and thetone will soundthree times when
thetime is completed;oven will turn off.The tone will soundtwice
everyten secondsafter completionuntiltimer functionis cleared.

To setthe AutomaticTime Bake Program

1. Set the starttime:
A)For Single Ovens– Programthe start timeby pressing the
“starttime”button and turningthe “Set”knob untilthe desired
starttime isdisplayed.This is the timeof day you want thefood
tobegin cooking.
B)For Double Ovens– Press the“start time”button once toset
thestartingtime for the upperoven (UPPEROVEN will showon
thedisplay).Press the “starttime” buttontwice toset the
startingtimefor the loweroven (LOWEROVEN will showon the
display).Thenprogramthe start timeby turning the“Set” knob
untilthe desiredstart timeis displayed.This is thetime of day
youwant the foodto begin cooking.

2. Set the desiredbaking time:
Oncethe starttime is set, thedisplay willswitch to :00and the
wordsSET, COOKand TIME willappear on theright side of
thedisplay.You will now enterthe desiredbaking time.Turn
the“Set” knobuntil the desiredbakingtime is displayedin
hoursand minutes.Once thedesired baketime is set, the
wordSET willdisappear andthe word DELAYwill appearin
thedisplayindicatingthat the Bake Hoursprogramhas been
set.
NOTE:For DoubleOvens, theword DELAY willshow with either
UPPEROVEN orLOWER OVEN dependingon whichoven has
beenselected.
3. Set the Oven Functionselectorto the desiredfunction–
BAKE,CONVECTIONBAKE,OR TRUCONVEC™,etc.
4. Set the temperaturecontrolknob to thedesired baking
temperature.
5. Theautomatictime bakeprogram is nowset!
NOTE:The displaywill continueto showthe amount of baketime
thatwas programmed(this willremain untilthe programmedstart
time is reached). You can return the displayto clock mode by
pressingthe “probe/temp”button– Notice thata small clock will
bedisplayedin the upperright cornerto indicatethat a programis
inprogress. Switchback to thetimer mode by pressingthe “bake
hours”button.
6. Whenthe specifiedtimeis reached, theoven will automatically
turnon. It willbake for the programmedamountof time atthe
selectedtemperature.
NOTE:Atone minutefrom the end ofthe specifiedbake program,
the oventimer will beeponce. At the end of the specified bake
program,the oven will automatically turn offand the timer will
sounda series of three beeps.This will continueuntil the “start
time”button is pressed.The displaywill then returnto displaying
thetime.
NOTE:Setting the remainingdurationtime to :00 willcancel the
AutomaticBakeprogram.
