■ Camera tampering detection

This option allows the Network Camera to trigger when the camera detects that is is being tampered with. To enable this function, you need to configure the Tampering Detection option first. Please refer to page 77 for detailed information.

Event Schedule

Specify the period for the event.

Select days in a the week.

Select the recording schedule in 24-hr time format.

Action

Define the actions to be performed by the Network Camera when a trigger is activated.

■ Trigger digital output for

seconds

Select this option to turn on the digital output to an external device when a trigger is activated. Specify

the length of the trigger interval in the text box.

■ Backup media if the network is disconnected

This requires an SD card and a Recording setting that designates a networked storage (NAS) as a storage option. Select this checkbox to enable recording to the SD card when the network connection is discontinued.

■ Move to preset location:

Select this option, the Network Camera will move to the preset location when a trigger is activated. This function only applies to Mechanical PTZ controlled via RS485 device. If you do not enable RS485 settings, this item will not appear in this column. Please refer to PTZ on page 78 for detailed
