CLOSE DRAIN VALVE BEFORE FILLING WITH OIL.
Unless drain valve is closed, oil poured into kettle will drain into
reservoir or onto the floor. Oil spill may occur.
Death or serious injury may result from slipping and falling in spilled oil.
Close DRAIN VALVE (item 19) by turning the handle to the horizontal (CLOSED) position.
