Chuck	Roast	with aluminum foil.
Rib Roast		Turn over. Cover warm areas
		with aluminum foil.
Rolled	Rump	Turn over. Cover warm areas
Roast		with aluminum foil.
Lamb
Cubes	for Stew Remove		thawed portions	with
		fork. Return remainder to oven.
Chops		Separate	and rearrange.
(1 inch	thick)
Pork
Chops		Separate	and rearrange.
(l/2 inch	thick)
Hot Dogs		Separate	and rearrange.
Spareribs,		Turn over. Cover warm areas
Country-Style		with aluminum foil.
Ribs
Sausage,		Separate	and rearrange.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Meat of irregular shape and large, fatty cuts of meat should have the narrow or fatty areas shielded with foil at the beginning of a defrost cycle.

Do not defrost less than l/4 lb. Freeze in doughnut shape.

Do not defrost less than two 4 oz patties. Depress center when freezing.
