5.After preheating, open the door, put food in oven, and close the door.

NOTE: You can see the cooking tem- perature anytime during cooking by touching COMBINATION BAKE (when baking) or COMBINATION ROAST (when roasting). The cooking tempera- ture will show for 3 seconds.
