Removing and cleaning the

Temperature Probe:

1.After oven has shut off, unplug the Temperature Probe using an oven mitt or hot pad.

2.Wipe probe with a sudsy cloth and dry thoroughly. Use a plastic scouring pad to remove cooked-on foods.

3.You can place probe in the silverware basket of a dishwasher.

Burn Hazard

Use an oven mitt to remove Itemperature probe.

Failure to do so can result in burns.

Using	AUTO		ROAST
AUTO ROAST lets you roast food with the
Temperature Probe, without needing to
enter a final food temperature. The probe
will turn off the oven when it senses the
preprogrammed final food temperature for
the food category you chose.
1. Perform Steps 1,2, and 3 under
“Cooking with		the	temperature
probe.”
2. Choose	food	category.		TOUCH	YOU SEE
Keep touching AUTO ROAST until the

desired food category appears on the Display. See “Autoroast chart” for

categories.
