6. Touch START. The AUTO SET Indicator will
stay on while the oven is cooking in the
preprogrammed cycle. If you selected a Cook
Power other than HIGH, the COOK POWER
Indicator will also come on. The Display
counts down the time to show how much
cooking time is left.
For 2 of every 10 seconds, the Display will
show the Cook Power you selected, if you are
using a Cook Power other than HIGH.
When Auto Set ends, “End” will show on the
Display and 4 tones will sound. (You can stop
the tones by opening the door or by touching
CANCEL.) “End” will remain on the Display
and a reminder tone will sound every 30 sec-
onds (to remind you that food is left in the
oven) until the door is opened or CANCEL
is touched. The Display will then show the
time of day.
Changing the preprogrammed setting
You can change the preprogrammed cooking
time and Cook Power for the Auto Set Pad to the
time and power you most often use. To change
the Auto Set setting, follow these steps:
1. Touch AUTO SET twice.
2. Touch the Number Pads for the new desired
cooking time. (Skip to Step 5 if HIGH Cook
Power is desired.)
3. Touch COOK POWER.
4. Touch the Number Pad for the desired Cook
Power.
5. Touch AUTO SET.
6. Touch CANCEL. The oven will remember that
time and Cook Power for future use.
NOTE: If the electric power ever goes off,
the oven will go back to the preprogrammed
2 minutes, 30 seconds at HIGH Cook Power
setting.
Defrosting
Use Quick Defrost to thaw frozen food before
cooking. For suggested defrost times, see the
Defrost Guide behind the oven door.

Put the frozen food in the oven and close the
door.
Touch QUICK DEFROST. The Display will
show “0O:OO” and the QUICK DEFROST
Indicator will come on.
