SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Use 260 g (10 oz) microwavable bowl or custard cup for 1 to 2 eggs; use 1 L (1 qt) microwavable casserole for 4 to 6 eggs. Place butter in dish. Cook uncovered 20 to 40 seconds at HIGH power or until butter melts. Beat eggs and milk together with fork until well- blended; stir into melted butter. Cook uncovered as directed in chart at Cook Power 7. Break up and stir eggs with fork halfway through cooking. Cover with wax paper and let stand 1 to 3 minutes. Stir and season to taste.
