Sabbath Feature
SETTING CONTROLS
1)Touch OVEN LIGHT, turning on the lights in one or both ovens (optional).
2)Touch BAKE or ROAST. Oven is preset at 350°F (175°C). To change oven temperature, immediately enter another temperature using number pads.
3)Touch ENTER. If preferred, repeat the above steps with other oven.
4)Touch and hold ENTER for five seconds to set to Sabbath. ‘SABBATH’ appears in the control panel display.
5)Touch oven OFF to end this feature. Oven remains on until this feature is cancelled.
EXAMPLE: To set Sabbath feature in a double oven with upper oven in roast mode set at 240°F (115°C) and lower oven in bake mode set at 200°F (95°C).
•To set upper oven: Touch ROAST. Enter
•To set lower oven: Touch the UPPER/LOWER touch pad to select the lower oven. Touch BAKE. Enter
•Touch and hold ENTER for five seconds to enter Sabbath feature.
•Touch single or double oven OFF to end this feature. Oven(s) remain on until the feature is cancelled.

SETTING CONTROLS FOR TIMED COOK
1)Add food to the oven.
2)Touch oven ON.
3)Touch BAKE or ROAST. Oven is preset at 350°F (175°C). To change oven temperature, immediately enter another temperature using number pads.
4)Touch TIMED COOK. Use the number pads to set the number of hours/minutes the oven will stay on. Example: Set 3:30 for the oven to remain on for 31/2 hours.
5)Touch STOP TIME. Use the number pads to set the time of day the oven will shut off.
6)Touch OVEN LIGHT on or off as desired.
7)Touch and hold ENTER for five seconds. ‘SABBATH’ will appear in the control panel display.
8)When the food is finished, remove the food. Oven remains unable to be reset until the Sabbath feature is ended.
9)After the Sabbath or holiday is over, touch oven OFF to end this feature.
