3-8 Sending a Fax
Canceling a Transmission
To canc el a fax:
1Press the Stop button at any time during the transmission.
The machine continues to send the fax, and the display shows a
message warning you that the machine is in use.
2Press the Stop button again to cancel the transmission.
Confirming a Transmission
A Message Confirmation report shows whether the transmission was
successful and how many pages were sent.
When the last page of your document has been sent successfully, the
machine beeps and returns to Standby mode.
To print a Message Confirmation report:
1Press the Menu b utton.
2Press the TX Confirm ( 16) but ton on t he One-Tou ch key pa d.
3The machine prints out a Message Confirmation report.
