8Using the Number keypad, enter the time the fax will be sent. Use the
Up or Down button to switch between AM and PM. If you set a time
earlier than the current time, the document will be sent at that time on
the following day.
Note: Remember to enter the time in either twelve or twenty-four hour
clock mode format, depending upon which mode you enabled. For more

9After entering the time, press the Start/Enter button.
10 The machine scans the document in to memor y , return s to Standby mode
and displays a reminder that a Delayed Transmission is set.

You can add documents to a Delayed Transmission previously entered into
memor y.
1Place the document face down in the Automatic Document Feed er. If
necessary, adjust the resolution and contrast. For details, see Resolution
on page 3- 23 and Contra st on page 3-2 5.
