Clearing Paper Jams
Paper Mismatch Jam Follow the procedure below to clear a paper jam when the Control Panel displays the message:
Paper Size Jam-
Open Rear Cover
1 Change the loaded paper to the correct size.
2 | Open the rear cover (1). |
3 | Remove the jammed paper. |
4 | Close the rear cover. |
5 | If the problem paper was in the MBF or the Envelope |
| Feeder, check that the corresponding menus are set to the |
size loaded.
