eMANUAL Button
Independent of the selected patch’s settings, this
button changes the tone to that produced by the
settings determined by the current position of each
of the knobs.
The button’s lamp will flash if the patch’s setting is
changed.
Press the [MANUAL] and [UTILITY] buttons simul-
taneously to enter the External Control Setting Mode.

rUTILITY Button
Enters the Utility Mode. (→ page 24)
Press the [UTILITY] and [STORE] buttons simulta-
neously to enter the Tuner Mode. (→ page 23)
tSTORE Button
Enters the Store Mode. (→ page 19)
yDisplay
Displays patch numbers, values for parameter set-
tings, etc.
qUP Button
wDOWN Button
Press to change the Patch Number by +/-1. Hold
the button to change the Bank Number by +/-1. Si-
multaneously press the [UP] and [DOWN] buttons
to switch between the User ↔ Preset Areas.
Also, their flashing lamps are used to indicate the
relationship between the knob’s position and the
patch’s data value.
