7Select the desired Playlist. (Refer to step 5 on page 28.)
Doing this automatically returns to the initial display.
8Select “Start” to start exercising with the newly created program.

see page 36.
Editing the preset (or already created) Program
This operation is convenient for using an existing program as a template for
making a new program. Simply select a program that is similar to the one you
wish to create, and then change the settings of the existing program as
necessary to create the new program.
1Select the desired program to be edited from the Training menu.
The following display appears.
2If you want to edit this program and overwrite it, select “View/Edit,”
and then go on to step 3. If you want to save the original program
and make a new one, select “Copy.”
When you select “Copy” here, a “Copied to Program XX” message briefly
appears, followed by the display in step 1 above. Select “View/Edit” from this
display and continue with the steps below to edit the copied program.

The lowest unused program number will be automatically selected as the copy destination.
All segments in the program are shown in the display.
