Throttle Friction Adjusting ScrewA friction device in the remote control box provides adjustable resistance to movement of the remote control lever, and can be set according to operator preference. An adjusting screw is located on the front of the remote control box.

Do not overtighten the friction adjusting screw. If there is too much resistance, it may be difficult to move the lever, which could result in an accident.
