The BASIC setup feature is a useful way to setup your system quickly and with minimal effort. The BASIC setup items are displayed on both the front panel of this unit and your video monitor. By using the GUI (on your video monitor), you can easily make any necessary settings.

In addition to using the BASIC menu, you can use the detailed parameters in the SOUND menu (page 40) to manually configure this unit using more precise adjustments.

Altering any parameters in the BASIC menu will reset parameters in the SOUND menu.

The explanations in this document are based on the GUI. The characters shown in the front panel display may differ from those on the GUI.
