BUTTON	AUTO	WEIGHT (Increasing		PROCEDURE
	DEFROST	Unit) / UTENSILS
	Ad-1 Defrost	0,2 - 1,0 kg (100 g)	•	Place the food on a plate in the centre of the

				and separate. Shield thin parts and warm
				spots with aluminium foil.
			•	After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for

	Ad-2 Defrost	0,2 - 1,0 kg (100 g)	•	Cover the turntable with cling film
	Minced Meat	(initial temp -18° C)	•	Place the block of minced meat onto the

				sound, turn the food over. Remove the defrosted
				parts if possible.
			•	After defrosting, stand for 5 - 10 minutes,
				until thoroughly defrosted.
	Ad-3 Defrost	0,9 - 1,8 kg (100 g)	•	Place a plate upside down on the turntable
	Poultry	(initial temp -18° C)		and put the poultry breast side down on the

			•	When the oven stops and the audible signal
				sounds, turnover and shield thin parts and
				warm spots with aluminium foil.
			•	After defrosting, cover with aluminium foil
				and stand for 15 - 30 minutes until
				thoroughly defrosted.
			• Finally clean the poultry under running water.
	Ad-4 Defrost	0,1 - 1,4 kg (100 g)	•	Remove all packaging from the cake.
	Cake	(initial temp -18° C)	•	Place on a flat dish in the middle of the
