| is set at a 4:3 video, it is not be available for selection and a warning mes- |
| sage will appear on the screen. |

A 16:9 Aspect ratio cannot be selected. | - Similar to the above case, once the switch for a display format is set to a high |
| definition (720P/1080I) and an incoming program is set at a 16:9 video, it will |
| not be available for selection and a warning message will appear on the screen. |

|
The remote control is not respinding. | - Make sure the batteries are fresh and installed properly. |
| - Point the remote control unit at the remote control sensor. |
| - Check if a mode on the remote control is selected properly. |

|
The timer does not work. | - Make sure the clock is set properly. |

|
You forget your password. | - If you are a DIRECTV customer, make a call at DIRECTV Service Center and ask |
| them to clear your password. |
| - Otherwise, if the Zenith HD Receiver is in the ANT/CABLE mode, enter mas- |
| ter key number “7777” when it asks you to enter the password. |
