USE

!WARNING!

Check during sawing that the bandsaw blade does not hit the folding stops or log lock.

!WARNING!

The saw carriage must not be moved backwards while the bandsaw blade is in motion. Otherwise the bandsaw can jump off and cause personal injury.

Starting the Petrol Engine

1. Start the engine. See page 24.

Starting the Electric Motor

1. Start the electric motor. See page 25.

Sawing

2.Move the saw carriage forwards and cut off the sapwood.

3.Remove the sapwood.

4.Loosen the log, turn it 180°, lower the height adjuster (B), and secure the log.

5.Set the required cutting height using the height adjustment crank (B). This determines the width of the board.

6.Set the band guide as close as possible to the log without the log and band guide touching each other. Lock the band guide using its lever.

7.Cut off the sapwood on the other side. See p 2 and 3.
