OPERACIÓN (CONTROLES)

SISTEMA DUAL DE CONTROL DE TEMPERATURA (Modelos Electrónicos/ Millivolt)

Por conveniencia y economía todos los calentadores MiniMax™ CH están equipados con dos termostatos situados en el panel de control; ver Figura 3.

REGULACIÓN DEL TERMOSTATO

La perilla con el cierre de seguridad elimina la necesidad de regular constantemente el termostato. Gire el puntero a la temperatura requerida.

Si necesita mayores ajustes, gire la perilla hasta la temperatura deseada. Esta posición correspondiente a la temperatura máxima deseada de la piscina o del spa puede pre-programarse (asegurarse) con la perilla de detención para impedir que la perilla gire más allá de la temperatura máxima deseada.

PERILLA DE DETENCION DEL TERMOSTATO

Cada termostato está equipado con una perilla de detención mecánica que puede asegurarse o abrirse con un destornillador para prevenir excesos de temperatura. Ver figura 4.

Afloje el tornillo “A” para la programación máxima y gire el dial de la perilla de detención al máximo deseado. Asegure su programación ajustando el tornillo. La perilla de detención mecánico se encuentra debajo de la perilla. Cerciórese de que la perilla se haya detenido en la posición correcta cuando ésta rote en dirección de las agujas del reloj desde la mínima temperatura. (Ver Regulación del Termostato.)

NOTA

Para eliminar cualquier error debido a la pérdida de calor en la tubería, mida la temperatura del agua de la piscina o spa con un termómetro de alta precisión.

INTERRUPTOR DE ENERGÍA (TERMOSTATO)

El interruptor Pool/Off/Spa permite que el calentador se apague cuando llega a temperaturas no deseadas.

1.La posición “Pool” – Mantiene la temperatura de la piscina.

2.La posición “Off” – El calentador no se prenderá sin importar la temperatura en que se encuentre.

3.La posición “Spa” – Permite el control por separado de la temperatura del agua del spa o una temperatura alterna menor.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LUCES INDICADORAS

El calentador de Piscina MiniMax contiene nueve luces indicadoras, seis de ellas se pueden ver de la parte frontal del panel de control y ayuda entender la operación del calentador. Si algo anda mal, las luces localizarán el problema. Las otras tres luces se ven luego de abrir el panel de control. Estas tres luces orientan con mayor precisión al técnico para localizar el problema. Todas las luces indicadoras son verdes excepto la luz roja de detección del defecto.

POWER LIGHT (POWER)

Las luces se encienden todo el tiempo sin importar la posición del interruptor, indicando 24 VAC dirigido al circuito de control. Si la luz falla, ninguna de las otras luces prenderán. Causas posibles: a) No hay conexión con la energía externa, revise si hay alguna interrupción en el panel de servicio; b) Interrupción del circuito local del transformador – asegúrarse de las causas

antes de programar; c) el transformador está fallando.

TERMOSTATO (TSTAT)

La luz se enciende cuando los contactos del termostato se cierran, lo que indica que la temperatura del agua está descendiendo más de lo programado. La luz indica que se debe encender el calentador para mantener la temperatura requerida.

AUXILIARES (AUX)

La luz se enciende que los contactos del interruptor se han cerrado. Le ayuda a observar si el interruptor remoto está cerrando adecuadamente el circuito que controla el calentador. Cuando el calentador es enviado desde la fábrica, el saltador ya viene instalado para mantener cerrado el circuito en ausencia del interruptor remoto.

PRESIÓN (PRESS)

La luz se enciende cuando el interruptor del Selector Spa/Pool se prende, lo que indica que la bomba de circulación está funcionando apropiadamente. Si la luz de presión falla, la bomba puede haber perdido su flujo de agua, puede haberse detenido por alguna válvula cerrada o filtro obstruido, o por una canasta de la bomba. Si se ha cerciorado que no hay problemas con el flujo de agua hacia el calentador, Llame a un técnico calificado.
