11. Mantenimiento de la cadena de la motosierra y de la barra guía

Pour la sécurité et le rendement dans le travail, les dents de la chaîne doivent toujours être bien affûtées.

Les dents de chaîne doivent être affûtées lorsque :

•La sciure produite est poudreuse.

•Il faut appuyer excessivement pour faire mordre la chaîne dans le bois.

•La coupe n’est pas droite.

•La tronçonneuse vibre fortement.

•La consommation de carburant augmente.

Méthode et critères d’affûtage :

AVERTISSEMENT

Porter des gants de sécurité.

Avant l’affûtage :

•Immobiliser fermement la chaîne.

•Arrêter le moteur.

•Se procurer une lime ronde de taille appropriée.

Type de chaîne: 72V

Taille de la lime: 5,5mm

Poser la lime sur la dent et pousser bien droit. Maintenir l’orientation de la lime indiquée ci-contre. (F11-1)

Vérifier que toutes les dents présentent les longueurs et angles de tranchant indiqués sur l’illustration. (F11- 2)

Por motivos de seguridad y para un funcionamiento adecuado de la unidad, es sumamente importante que los dientes estén constantemente bien afilados.

Los dientes necesitan afilarse:

•Cuando el aserrín tiene el aspecto de polvo.

•Cuando se requiere mayor fuerza que habitualmente para comenzar a cortar.

•Cuando la trayectoria de corte no es recta.

•Cuando la vibración aumenta.

•Cuando aumenta el consumo de combustible de la unidad.

Normas para el ajuste de los dientes:

Asegúrese de utilizar guantes protectores para este trabajo.

Antes de comenzar a afilar los dientes:

•Verifique que la cadena esté correctamente asegurada.

•Verifique que el motor esté apagado.

•Utilice sólo una lima redonda de dimensiones adecuadas según el tamaño de la cadena.

Tipo de cadena:

72V

Dimensiones de la lima: 5,5mm

Ubique la lima en el diente a afilar y empújela en línea recta hacia adelante. Mantenga la lima en la posición indicada en la ilustración. (F11-1)

Verifique que el largo y el ángulo del borde de todos los dientes sean iguales a lo indicado en la ilustración. (F11-2)
