When you use the Shift function (Clear/Stop key) on the Control Panel, other options are available.

NOTE: All of these functions can be performed when the Shift key and one of the keys described below are pressed.

1Job Recall — when this key is pressed together with the Shift key, the program registration locations (1J, 2J and 3J) are called. Each time this key is pressed while the Shift key is held down, the display rotates through 1J, 2J and 3J.

2Resolution —sets the resolution of the scanner.

When the scanner is connected to the printer, available resolutions are: 400 dpi (4H) and 600 dpi (6H).

When the scanner is connected to the PC through PowerFilm Application Software, available resolutions are: 200, 300, 400, 600 and 800 dpi (2H, 3H, 4H, 6H and 8H respectively).

3Zoom - sets zoom magnification.

Zoom+: when Zoom+ is pressed with the Shift key, the magnification is increased by an increment of 0.0IX (up to 2.00X).

Zoom clr: clears the current zoom setting when this key is held down together with the Shift key for one second.

Zoom-:when Zoom- is pressed with the Shift key, the magnification is decreased by a decrement of 0.01X (down to 0.50X).

4Shift — the Shift key must be pressed when you want to access one of the functions described in this section: Lamp Illumination, Resolution, Job Recall, Zoom or PC/PR.

5PC/PR — when selected (with the Shift key) the connection to the PC or printer is selected. This key is not valid unless the PC interface cable is connected to the PC.
