Clearing jams

1Grasp the optional 550-sheet tray handle, and then pull the tray out.

Note: The optional 550-sheet tray is supported only in select printer models.

2Firmly grasp the jammed paper, and then gently pull it out. Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

3Insert the tray.

4From the printer control panel, touch Continue, jam cleared.

250 paper jam

1Remove all paper from the multipurpose feeder.

2Push the lever in the multipurpose feeder to access the jammed paper.

3Firmly grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull it out. Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

4From the printer control panel, touch Continue, jam cleared.
