Adjusting the Switch Thresholds
The Switch Thresholds page displays a variety of switch threshold settings.
Setting | Description |

Ordered Set Error Threshold | The maximum number of OS errors allowed in a |
| interval before a port is bypassed. Setting this value to "0" returns |
| it to the factory default setting. |
| This setting is activated on the Port Smart Settings page. |

CRC Error Threshold | The maximum number of CRC errors allowed in a |
| interval before a port is bypassed. Setting this value to "0" returns |
| it to the factory default setting. |

Bad Zone Recovery Hold Time | The amount of time that the switch keeps the ports in bypass |

To view the current threshold settings:
Click Advanced Functions > Thresholds > Switch.
The Switch Thresholds page appears.

To change switch thresholds or time intervals:
1.Enter the new value in the appropriate text box. The valid range is displayed next to the text box.
2.Click Submit.
The new value is set.
