Viewing Recent Configuration Changes

As an aid to troubleshooting issues that you may encounter with your system or to quickly access a preference that has been recently changed, view the preferences in Administrator Preferences : Recent. Preferences that have dependencies on other preference settings, such as H.323 and SIP server preferences, may not appear in Recent.

Installation

NOTE

Upgrading the system software removes all preferences from the Recent screen.

Configuring Audio Behaviors

You can adjust audio behaviors by configuring preferences in Administrator Preferences : Audio.

Configuring Audio Codec Order

To change the order of available audio codecs for the system to use to place calls, select the Audio Codec Order preference, select a codec, and press the right arrow to move the entry up in the list or press the left arrow to move the entry down in the list.
