What Information to Provide to Apex Customer Support

Unit model number and serial number

Make and model of keyboard and mouse attached to the unit. These numbers are on the underside of each unit.

Make and model of computers used

Name and version of operating systems used

If anything is missing or was damaged during shipment, contact the Apex Customer Support group. If you need to return any product, you will need a return materials authorization (RMA) number from Customer Support. Apex Inc. will not accept any returned materials without first issuing a RMA number. Please call Customer Support for details.

Apex Inc. packages and ships your product in a manner designed to protect the system during shipping and handling. We recommend that you save the carton and packing materials until after your equipment is fully installed and operational.
