6.Before threading the printer, you must set the label length adjustment. Turn the Label Length Adjustment Knob (A) so that the pointer on the turn bar is lined up with the black bar on the Label Length Gauge that corresponds to the length of the label to be printed. This is an approximate adjustment. The procedure for performing an exact alignment is described on page 27.
