768Printhead has more than 10 bad dots or is not connected. Make sure the printhead is connected and if necessary, replace the printhead.

770The print motor is not ready. Call Technical Support.

771The format specified by the application was not found. Reload your application and format and try again. If the problem continues, call Technical Support.

790The printer is busy. Wait until the printer is idle (not receiving data or no batch waiting to print) before you send any packets. This error may occur when you try to print a test label if the printer is busy.

791The printer has an error pending. Turn off the printer. Wait 15 seconds and turn it back on. Resend the packets. If the problem continues, call Technical Support.

792The printer is not initialized. Call Technical Support.

793The printer job queue is full. Turn off the printer. Wait 15 seconds and turn it back on. Resend the packets. If the problem continues, call Technical Support.

Errors numbered 900 – 999 are hard printer failures. Call Service if you receive these

messages.
