Security

„Unique configuration password for persons authorized to perform configuration maintenance.

„User names and passwords allow controlled access to computers with sensitive information, system data, or restricted applications.

„Computers can be assigned to a unique group, allowing authorized access only.

„Four connect modes: View, Share, Control and Private provide flexibility in configuring the UltraMatrix switch to conform to your security requirements.

„Profiles can be defined for the connect mode, sharing and group access.

Flexibility

„Modular design makes for easy installation, maintenance and expandability.

„Plug-in expansion boards make the UltraMatrix switch easy to extend to other UltraMatrix switches.

„Pre-configuration of the switch allows for installation without powering the computers/servers down.

„Multi-language capabilities.

„Switching to computers can be done by keyboard commands, an on-screen list of computers or by commands through the RS232 serial port.

„Integrated auto-switching power supply accepts both 110-volt and 220-volt sources.
