Description

Returns a verbose list of the current measured parameters with labels for each parameter: O3 Concentration, Cell Pressure(psia,) Cell Temperature (K,) Lamp Temperature (K,) Measure Detector (mV,) Calibrated Reference Detector (mV,) Reference Detector (mV)

Note that the concentration value returned shows more digits after the decimal than the front panel display. Concentration values should only be considered valid to 4 significant digits.
