Load Setup Defaults

The chipset defaults are optimized settings for regular use.

IDE HDD Auto Detection

Automatically detects and configures hard disk parameters. The Award BIOS includes this ability in case you are uncertain of your hard disk’s parameters. See also “Standard CMOS Setup.”
