A Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) is not required. Return shipping charg- es (surface) will be paid by MTS. Please include inside the shipping box a description of the problem, a return shipping address (must have street address, not P.O. Box), a telephone number, and if the product is out of warranty, a check or purchase order for repair charges.

Extended two-year overnight replacement agreements are available for selected products.
