3.84-Port Twisted-Pair Ethernet Switch
The 4-Port Twisted-Pair Ethernet Switch (GE Part No. 520-0213) is a 10/100BaseT network switch that plugs into the NET1 or NET2 slot (slots 11 and 12) on the D400. It provides local area network connections for up to five Ethernet connections: four RJ-45 connectors on the rear panel and one RJ-45 connector on the front panel.
If two Ethernet switches are installed in the NET slots, the D400 may be used in a dual-IP redundancy mode. That is, each switch can be configured with a different IP address to provide a backup network connection if the primary channel fails.

Configuration Options
There are no selectable options on the 4-Port TP Ethernet card.
