DETAILED OPERATION AND CONFIGURATION

The following section, “Detailed Operation and Configuration,” provides a detailed approach to accessing, operating, and configuring the DS72 network interface module.

NOTE: It is important that you type all commands correctly. Any combination of wrong entries results in an error message.

ACCESSING MAIN

Apply power to the module. The following header and main menu appear:

If this is not an initial set-up and Password has already been enabled, you are prompted to login. After logging in successfully, the main menu will appear.

NOTE: Password feature is case sensitive.

SELECTING A DEVICE There are two methods of selecting a device, menu driven selection and

Menu Driven

From the main menu, select the number that corresponds to the device you
