771The format specified by the application was not found. Reload your application and format and try again.
790The printer is busy. Wait until the printer is idle (not receiving data or no batch waiting to print) before you send any packets. This error may occur when you try to print a test label if the printer is busy.
791The printer has an error pending. Turn off the printer. Wait 15 seconds and turn it back on. Resend the packets.
792The printer is not initialized. Call Technical Support.
793The printer job queue is full. Turn off the printer. Wait 15 seconds and turn it back on. Resend the packets.
H a r d P r i n t e r F a i l u r e s
When a HARD failure occurs, the printer will display WARNING or POWER DOWN on the top line of the keypad display.
Record the displayed message and turn off the printer.
If the problem reoccurs when you turn the printer on again, call Technical Support. If the problem does not reoccur after you turn your printer on again, see Chapter 5, "Communication Values," to reset your printer’s SETUP options. Resend your packets.
