1.Launch the installer and carefully follow the on-screen instructions in the Installation Wizard.

2.When presented with any Windows Logo warnings, click

Continue Anyway.

3.The driver installer ends with “please restart this computer”. You will need to restart to finish the installation

process.

4.You can connect the FireWire cable after the computer has restarted.

5.If you connected the FireWire cable with the power off, then the “New Hardware Wizard” will appear immediately after the restart. Otherwise it will appear as soon as you connect the cable after restarting.
