2.Удалите застрявшую бумагу, заново установите рулон бумаги и закройте крышку принтера.

3.Если бумага застряла в резаке и вы не можете открыть крышку принтера, откройте крышку резака так, как показано на иллюстрации J.

4.Поворачивайте круглую ручку до тех пор, пока в смотровом окне не покажется треугольник. Это положение ручки соответствует нормальному положению лезвия резака. Рядом с резаком укреплен ярлык со вспомогательными инструкциями (см. иллюстрацию K).

5.Закройте крышку резака.

6.Откройте крышку принтера и удалите застрявшую бумагу.

Очистка термопечатающей головки

ВНИМАНИЕ!

Впроцессе печати термопечатающая головка может нагреваться до очень высокой температуры. Будьте осторожны! Не прикасайтесь к горячей головке и начинайте ее очистку только после того, как она остынет. Прикосновение к термопечатающей головке пальцами или любым твердым предметом может привести к ее повреждению.

Выключите принтер, откройте крышку принтера и очистите термопечатающие элементы головки хлопчатобумажным тампоном, увлажненным растворителем на спиртовой основе (этиловым, метиловым или изопропиловым спиртом).

Для того, чтобы обеспечивалось достаточно высокое качество печати квитанций, фирма Epson рекомендует производить очистку термопечатающей головки регулярно (как правило, каждые 3 месяца).
