| the Interface Expander unit. Contact APC Cus- |
| tomer Support at the phone number or address on |
| the back cover of this manual. |
| 2 | Be prepared to provide a description of the prob- |
| lem. A technician will help solve the problem over |
| the phone, if possible, or will give you a return |
| material authorization (RMA) number. |
| 3 | If the Interface Expander unit is under warranty, |
| repairs are free of charge. If the warranty has |
| expired, there will be a nominal charge for repair. |

| nal packaging, if possible. Do not use polystyrene |
