Do not use envelopes with any of the following characteristics (using these may result in paper jams):

LIrregularly shaped envelopes

LEnvelopes with curls, wrinkles, nicks, twists, dog-ears or other damage

LEnvelopes with side seam construction

LHighly textured envelopes, or envelopes with extremely shiny surfaces

LEnvelopes that seal by removing a peel-off strip

LEnvelopes with more than one flap to be sealed

LSelf-adhesive envelopes

LEnvelopes that are baggy or not sharply creased

LEmbossed envelopes

LEnvelopes that have previously been printed on

LEnvelopes that include cotton and/or fibre material

Do not attempt to print on any of the following types of envelopes (these may cause damage to the fax machine):

LEnvelopes with clasps, snaps or tie strings

LEnvelopes with transparent windows

LEnvelopes that use encapsulated types of adhesive that do not require moistening but rely on pressure to seal them
