If the Video image has problems when connected to SNS-110 using a Netscape

(1)This can happen if Netscape 6.0 or above is used.

(2)Use Netscape 5.X or below.

(3)The defects related to Netscape 6.0 are being fixed.

You cannot use FTP for transfer when setting up FTP transfer

(1)Check [Start] – [Settings] to see if current time is set for SNS-110. If the current time is not properly set, FTP transfer does not work.

(2)Check "File Transfer setting menu" to see if each camera setting is set "Both" or "Once." or "Every" . (If it is set "none," it doesn’t work.)

(3)Check "Every" item in "File Transfer Setting menu" to see if proper values are set.

(4)Check "Between" item in "File Transfer Setting menu" to see if proper values are set. "All day mode" can be set as "0:0:0 ~ 0:0:0."

(5)Check "Day" item in "File Transfer Setting menu" to see if proper values are set. Click "Every day" for "Every day mode."

(6)Check "Network Setting Menu" to see if FTP Srerver "IP Address" , "FTP Port" and "User" , "Password" , "Directory" is properly set.

(7)Check “FTP Server” is properly set.

(8)Check “FTP Server” connected to “user” is properly set.
