5PARENTAL SETTING
Parental setting prevents your children from viewing inappropriate materi- als. (password protected.) Playback will stop if the ratings exceed the levels you set.
1Press [SETUP] to display the setup screen.

CONTROL LEVELS
ALL : All parental locks are cancelled.
LEVEL 8 : All ratings (adult/general/children) can be played back.
LEVEL 7 to 2 : Only DVDs intended for general use and children can be played back.
LEVEL 1 : Only DVDs intended for children can be played back.
7To exit the setup, press [SETUP].
To change the password
5Follow steps 1 to 4. Use [K/L] to select “PASSWORD CHANGE“, then press [ENTER].

•Record the password in case you forget it.
•If you forget the password, press [4], [7], [3], [7] at step 6, then enter your new password. Password will be cleared and parental levels will be set to “ALL”.
